Rental flat
“A modular space for every need”
The brief was to create a configuration of a two bedroom flat. Situated on two floors, the layout has been designed with the main living on the lower level and the upper floor housing the second bedroom come office, a smaller chill space and a roof garden.
Starting from the external walls we designed architectural detailing considering different needs according to the variety of people renting the apartment. A fully equipped bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which is set apart on the upper level and can be used as a studio overlooking a relaxing outdoor space and a roof garden. As it is a rental, the colour palette has been kept simple with soft tones.
